Sharing another fun SHAPE focused layout. I recently made this one as part of the Shape online crop challenges that I joined (see Circles & Arrows layouts too)

This layout features scraps from the Mintay - Childhood collection and some Distress Oxide inks.

Adding plenty of stars with stencils, paper & chipboard, I loved flowing the colours together. Only a couple of fake layers & I clustered every corner of this photo mat design. I'm not very good at sticking to the general rule of "odds".. 😆 Hopefully you get some inspiration and see how easy a layout like this is and can use up some of your own scraps too. Adventure - Seize The Day - ARROWS layout

Howdy & GDay fellow crafters..

I’m back with another SHAPE focused layout from a recent online crop challenge group.

Last weekend I shared the EASTER - CIRCLES layout, so make sure you have a look out for that one too. Today though I’m sharing a layout featuring a focus on ARROWS using the Uniquely Creative - Seize The Day collection..

I continued the flow with a “tips / points” feel as well with the flags, banner, feathers & leaves. I had criteria to follow and completed each of them by adding chipboard pieces, focusing on one shape, using a stencil & die cutting. Like usual I love to add fake layers and embellishment clusters. There is still so much that can be added to this layout to customise it or put it “over the top” in style. Hopefully you’ve enjoyed the process of this layout project.. Thanks for dropping by. Easter - Circles layout

Easter Circles layout

 My favourite time of year!

Using a fabulous PhotoPlay - Easter Blessings collection I have joined in a recent SHAPES virtual crop weekend. One of the challenges was to create a layout featuring a focus on circles and punches.

So of course I jumped into action and started throwing this one together..

Even though I have a rough idea pictured in my head before starting, once I actually get creating quite a lot of it is simply winging it in real time..

There are plenty of punched circles of different sizes and stickers to effectively layer & cluster together..
