Vintage Pocket swap cards

I absolutely loved putting these together!!

Unfortunately I made them for a group swap and forgot to send them off in time, so now I'm saving them for individual swaps with a couple different groups..

Made to fit a criteria of Vintage Pocket cards with a unique pocket idea.

I do have plans of putting together a tutorial video soon with instructions as it seems to be quite popular when I shared it on my fb crafty page..

Writing Kit Holder

Writing Kit holder + cover

I love using this Simple Stories - Vintage Coastal collection.
I've made so many different projects so far and still have loads of scraps left to put together so much more too!
This is a fun and actually quite a quick project using only 2 pieces of cardstock / pattern paper..
You can store pretty much anything in there for a PenPal, like letters, note paper / pad, envelopes etc..

Oh So... layout

 Oh So....

I had so much fun putting this layout together..
Not so much fun was the preparation that I needed to do about 2 hours of fussy cutting before getting started.. ekk..

I noticed a post on an online challenge group that I'm a part of for a monthly challenge closing. I had actually completely forgotten about the challenge was was pretty happy to see that it was a challenge that would be easy enough to do in the day..
We had a follow a sketch and criteria of "plenty of fussy cutting"..

The beautiful Uniquely Creative - Summer Holiday collection made the process of putting this layout together super easy and took less than 30mins (after the fussy cutting.. lol)
and of course some Pink shimmer glitter paper to make everything else pop!

Let me know what you think!

Let's Get Sketchy July - Wonderful

Wonderful

From the moment I saw this sketch, I knew I wanted to use the Uniquely Creative - Mind Over Matter collection to complete a layered page with shaker stars.
I added some extra layers (red cardstock) for extra strength and stability.
I decided to use only one central photo mat and use the two other small photo mat positions for cluster bases instead.

It's been hard with the rain and cool temps here in central Queensland lately to get a decent photo for this layout, so I bring it to you a couple days late. I do apologise for the lighting issues.

Make sure you keep watch here on blogger or fb crafty page for another interruption of the same sketch with a different paper collection that I put together for inspiration too.

Thanks so much for dropping by! Make sure you head on over to the Let's Get Sketchy challenge blog or facebook page for more inspiration for our amazing DT!

Let your creativity flow and hope to see your linked up entry soon!
Toni.. xoxo
