Tulla and Norbert - April crop challenge

Had some fun doing the April challenge for a local crop group here in Yeppoon.

Challenge was to use 5 photos on the layout.

Using Tulla & Norbert from PhotoPlay I quickly threw this one together.

Super cute, took me barely 30/40min..

Has the interactive flap element with two 3x4” photos on top, two 3x4” on the backside and the 4x6” mat sneakily underneath.

So I grabbed out this cute "Sweet As Honey" collection from PhotoPlay, some gold glitter cardstock and bee themed chipboard..

One Page Wonder - Flip Pocket book

 One Page Wonder  - Flip Pocket book

Back again today with another One Page Wonder.. I am loving making these at the moment and have had so much fun making different designs and folds. 

This one is made for a different swap group, which means we had different instructions to follow. 

A special mention to YouTube - Pinkstrawberryz for the inspiration on measurements and designs for this swap.

Happy Mail pocket - Sweet As Honey

 Using scraps from the PhotoPlay - Sweet As Honey collection I have thrown together a cute 5x5" flat flap opening style Happy Mail pocket project. 

It was surprisingly fast to make and so easy! 

Start with 12x12 base, score long line  @ 3 3/8 & 3 1/2 rotating each side. 

Cut out corner squares. 

Mid square paper mat - 4 3/4 x 4 3/4" 

Side flaps mats - 3 1/4 x 4 3/4"  (4 inside + 4 outside) 

Add plenty of flat embellishments (like stickers) and a Belly Band 1x12" strip for closure element. 

This will be for an upcoming swap, but will also be perfect for a Gift Card present or a PenPal letter.

Easter - Circles layout

Easter Circles layout

 My favourite time of year!

Using a fabulous PhotoPlay - Easter Blessings collection I have joined in a recent SHAPES virtual crop weekend. One of the challenges was to create a layout featuring a focus on circles and punches.

So of course I jumped into action and started throwing this one together..

Even though I have a rough idea pictured in my head before starting, once I actually get creating quite a lot of it is simply winging it in real time..

There are plenty of punched circles of different sizes and stickers to effectively layer & cluster together..

You can make these at home with your own stash.

I am a quick scrapper though, so please feel free to take notes / screenshots / pause & rewind or fast forward when required.

These are basic layouts, designed to be a starting block for you to add more elements too if you wish.
