 Righto... I've got a couple of cute but VERY SIMPLE Valentines themed projects to share with you all.. These are all for swaps.

And even thought this “Love Struck” collection is crazy OLD it just kept on giving & giving… I was able to also make a little heart token pocket purse thing. Seriously, so cute!

This layout features a fun photo of Hunter and I standing on the balcony on level 53 at a friends apartment right in the middle of the Gold Coast with Cavil Ave and Surfers Paradise below us. 

I used the Daydream collection from Cocoa Vanilla. 

Every year we travel to the Goldie for our Dec/Jan holidays.. This is our happy place and our happy time together as a family. It has always been my favourite spot in the planet and has quickly become that for my boys too. 

This layout was put together for an online challenge group. The criteria was to follow a sketch and add a rainbow. So of course I added a few extra layers and stenciling to really make this layout feel like mine.

This beautiful layout featuring photos of Hunter on Surfers Paradise beach Jan 2022 - showcases the Simple Stories - Vintage Coastal collection. 

I actually made this layout based on scraplifting another layout I did a few days before.. (keep an eye out for that layout post to come soon) 

I had so much fun with the layers and using a whole collection makes the process of putting the layout together so much easier. I have decided that I will no longer to bothering with single sheets of paper and just hoping for the best with my stash at home to match.. No, No.. I will be buying some of the embellishment packets along with the paper packs from now on too! lol..

Welcome back crafters.. I am finally here to try and get on top of sharing my projects. I know I have been very neglectful of my bog yet again for the past 6 months or so. There actually has been a reason for this - our computer wasn't working properly... ekk.. 

Anyway,  today I wanted to share my most recent layout featuring photos of Hunter and friends daughter Ela during our trip to Moranbah last year. 

I created it for an online challenge group. Criteria being to follow a sketch plus to add a name & age..

Scrap The Boys Feb challenge

 Welcome back, it’s been a while… 

But I’ll finally here to update my blog (soon) and to share (right now) my entry into the newest challenge over at the Scrap The Boys challenge. 

It’s well known this is one of my fav online challenge groups.. :) 

This month it’s WHITE PLUS ONE.. 

I used this seriously cool photo of Hunter up at Stoney Creek for New Year celebrations. 

We were told to pick one colour to go with the White, but it can be varying shades of that one colour, plus a bit of black if needed. 

Obviously I jumped at the chance to put together an idea I’ve had a for a little while now. 

GREEN is the colour I chose and obviously plenty of shades in the leaves & flower. Making sure there is still plenty of white as the base, flowers, leaves & pen highlights hidden in there too. 

I started off with my white cardstock base and adding two colours of green spray using a dropper. 

Then cutting out a circle from acetate to give a really unique clear platform mat that I haven’t seen before. 

First layer on top of the acetate was a leaf wreath and then basically just went crazy by adding 49 & Market leaves and flowers underneath and around the circle platform mat. 

I honestly can’t describe how happy I was when this turned out as good as it did in my head. 

I really wish I could be one of those cool, calm & collected scrappers that just like “oh yeah, it’s not too bad”…. But oooo no.. Not me, not with this one! I really want to share how proud I am of this one with the whole world! 😆😆

I certainly have ideas on how to make more with different themes & collections.

Grease Monkey - Signature Album and Memory Box

Grease Monkey Signature album

 Project share..

Using a repurposed Cigar Box, I put together this truly stunning male themed Grease Monkey Signature album and Memory box for a special family friend for his 60th Birthday.

When updating my facebook page, I love to share progress photos along the way..

I'm very thankful and humbled to know that the album was used straight away at the party with his loved one's adding messages to it all throughout the night.

The photos are a bit mixed up, sorry.. But you get the idea.
