Envelope challenge pack - October

I was sent this pack from an American friend who has challenged me to create a card with it.. 

This is what I came up with.. 

I followed the rules by not cutting the card and only adding 5 extras - 1 flower, pattern paper, cardstock, mesh ribbon & twine..
