School Days - Class of

 Here is the second in my BACK TO SCHOOL layouts to share. 

I used a very very old Kasiercraft collection - Class of 87'. 
I only used a few papers and designed the layers and embellishments from them. 

And of course, to use up as many scraps leftover as possible, I put together 3 quick cards and a tag. 
Very simple projects that will give such pleasure when we are ready to gift them. 

This layout has been left blank until I find an adorable photo from grade 3 of my boys... Or until it simply gets slipped into the storage box under the bed.. lol

School Life

 A very simple BACK TO SCHOOL layout featuring the Simple Stories - School Life collection. 

TIP: When putting something on straight on top of crocked layers, it's always handy to use a T Ruler!

This layout definitely showcases in my 45min layout series folder.
 It honestly didn't take long at all with these simple layers and 4 sheets of pattern paper. 

With the leftovers, I then made some quick 10min card / project ideas to use up the scraps. Worked a treat.

Sweet - Let's Get Sketchy DT

 Woohoo.. What can I say other than - WOW!

I am super excited to announce that I have been selected onto the LET'S GET SKETCHY challenge blog Design Team. 

I have been an entry participate of theirs for many years.. Lucky enough to win a couple of times and now finally on their team. 

 

I can not express the words for how grateful I am for this opportunity. 

I have found myself with some extra time on my hands since finishing up my job at the local craft store, so this with my love of sketches is the prefect timing for me. YAY!

Today I wanted to share with you this layout I have put together for my first reveal using this months challenge sketch by Brenshevia. 

SWEET

This layout features a truly magical photo of my sister in law with my gorgeous niece and nephew.

They are absolutely glowing, so of course it was the obvious choice to use for this sketch and the Uniquely Creative "Secret Garden" collection. 

So darn cute!
